PolaLED Pro includes a 14-day trial through Lemon Squeezy so customers can evaluate the complete workflow before the yearly subscription begins.

Cancellation

Subscriptions may be managed and cancelled through Lemon Squeezy. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the terms displayed in the customer portal.

Refund requests

Refund eligibility is evaluated under the checkout terms and applicable consumer law. Contact support@polaled.cc with the order email and relevant details.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
